Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Please contact us at [email protected] before sending any items back. We do not accept returns without prior approval.

  Non-returnable items

  The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

    Exchanges

    If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

      • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
